These terms apply when you register for or take part in any SuggiGather experience. They set out what SuggiGather is, what we ask of you, and how the platform is provided.
By registering for or taking part in any SuggiGather experience, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not register or participate.
SuggiGather is a participation layer that helps physical communities recognise people on arrival, recommend who to meet, and record participation. It is not a social network, an event-management system, or a surveillance tool.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at registration. You agree to keep your details current and to be honest about who you are and what you are looking for.
If you are issued a physical credential, you agree not to transfer it to another person. The credential is your anonymous identifier; sharing it lets someone else be recognised as you.
You agree to use SuggiGather respectfully. This means not harassing, misleading or pressuring other participants, not misrepresenting your identity or intentions, and not using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Organisers may remove someone from an experience if their conduct is harmful or disruptive.
Recommendations are produced by a transparent, rules-based engine. They are suggestions, not guarantees, and a recommendation does not imply endorsement. A connection in SuggiGather records that two people met or were introduced; it does not create any obligation between them.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Your consent choices at registration govern what is shared and what features are active for you.
Organisers are responsible for running their experience lawfully and for the credentials they issue. SuggiGather provides the layer; the organiser remains responsible for their community, their event, and the people in it.
SuggiGather and its design, branding and software are owned by SuggiGather. The information you share about yourself remains yours. By sharing it, you allow SuggiGather to use it to provide recommendations and participation features for the experiences you join.
SuggiGather is a prototype and is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Recognition and recommendations depend on working credentials and participating readers.
SuggiGather is provided to help communities connect and participate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuggiGather is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including any missed connection, opportunity or participation.
If we update these terms, we will change the date above and review the changes before they take effect. Continued use of SuggiGather after a change means you accept the updated terms.
